Claims of Copyright Infringement & Related Issues (17 USC § 512 et seq.)
Any person who believes their work has been reproduced in any way that infringes upon their copyright must notify the Broker by providing the following information:
1. Identify the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed;
2. Include your address, phone number and e-mail address, so that we may contact you about your complaint;
3. Identify specific material that you believe needs to be removed, including a description of where it's located on the website;
4. Include a signed statement that the above information is truthful and accurate. State that you have a "good faith belief" the identified use of material is not authorized by the copyright owner or the law. Lastly, you must swear, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner(s) in this matter.
